The AGO Film Processor is a battery-powered agitator that grips a Paterson Super System 4 tank and turns it. It is designed and built by Vintage Visual OÜ in Estonia.

It gets consistent results without a heater because it replaces temperature control with time compensation. A sensor watches the chemistry during the run and extends development time to match any drop (Active Time-Compensation). You warm the chemistry roughly, pick a program, and press start.

  • Processes: B&W, C-41, E-6, ECN-2 and RA-4, with separate programs per chemistry brand, added over Wi-Fi
  • Agitation: rotary (horizontal) and stick (vertical). Time compensation only runs in rotary mode
  • Chemistry: rotary processing uses up to 60% less than traditional vertical or inversion agitation
  • Body: 88 × 136 × 170 mm, 556 g, IP56, two 18650 Li-ion cells giving 4–5 hours of continuous use, USB-C charging

No darkroom is needed — only a changing bag for loading film onto the reels.
