Neo Analog Lab Points Program Terms
The Neo Analog Lab points program is a free program that rewards your orders with points you can redeem on future purchases.
Check your points balanceMembership and enrollment
Membership is free. When you place an order, the email address used at checkout is automatically enrolled as your member ID and starts earning points — no sign-up procedure and no fees. To view your balance or redeem points, sign in from the points page via a verification link sent to that email address.
Earning points
You earn 1% of the amount paid for film products and development/scanning services (tax included, shipping excluded, after any coupon discounts) as points, at 1 point = ¥1, credited when payment completes. Fractions below one point are rounded down.
When points become available
Earned points become available 30 days after purchase, matching the returns window. Until then they are shown as pending.
Redeeming points
Available points can be redeemed at 1 point = ¥1, in 1-point increments, on product purchases and development/scanning payments. Due to payment-method constraints, at least ¥120 must remain payable after redemption. Points cannot be combined with promotion codes on the same order.
Refunds and returns
If an order is refunded, the points earned on that order are reversed in proportion to the refunded amount. If an order paid partly with points is refunded, whether the redeemed points are returned is handled case by case.
Expiry
If 12 months pass since your last earn or redemption with no new activity, your entire balance expires.
No transfer or cash-out
Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold. Balances are not merged across email addresses as a rule.
Changes and termination
We may change the program (including the earn rate) or end it with prior notice on this site.
