Shipping & returns
Delivery region
The storefront currently accepts Japan domestic addresses only. Checkout restricts shipping destination to JP. International shipping is not available at this time.
Fulfillment time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, national holidays, or during year-end closure will be processed on the following business day. If a delay occurs due to stock availability, weather, or logistics issues, we will notify you at your registered email address.
Roll film parcels
Orders containing only roll film ship free from 3 rolls of 35mm, with 3-packs and 5-packs counted by their roll quantity. 120 roll film ships free from 5 rolls. Orders below the complimentary threshold ship at a 500 JPY flat rate via tracked small parcel, typically arriving in 2–5 days.
Standard shipping
Orders containing sheet film, paper, equipment, or accessories — including mixed orders with roll film — ship at a flat 900 JPY via standard tracked courier. Typically arrives in 1–3 days after dispatch.
Free shipping threshold
Any order with a product subtotal of 15,000 JPY or more ships free nationwide, regardless of contents. Some oversized equipment items may incur an additional weight-based surcharge, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your registered email once the order has shipped. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days, please check the tracking status first, then contact the carrier directly or reach out via our contact form.
Stock reservation
Inventory is reserved for a limited window (typically 30 minutes) once checkout begins. If payment is not completed within this window, the reservation is released automatically and the stock becomes available to other customers. This prevents double-selling of the same unit.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, whether or not the item is defective. If an item arrives damaged, is clearly the wrong product, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us via reply to your order confirmation email or through the contact form. After reviewing the situation, we will arrange a replacement or refund, and we pay the return shipping. Returns and exchanges for customer reasons (wrong choice, change of mind) are accepted only if the item is unopened and within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Undeliverable and refused packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, a re-delivery fee will apply for reshipment. Repeated refusal of delivery may result in refusal of future orders.
Weather and force majeure delays
Delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. We will post a notice on the site or contact you by email as soon as possible in such cases.

Is film safe in a small tracked parcel?
Yes. All film ships in light-tight, cushioned packaging designed so that normal parcel handling does not affect the emulsion.
Do free-shipping orders still get a tracking number?
Yes. Free-shipping orders ship via tracked small parcel or standard tracked courier, and the tracking number is included in the dispatch email.
Does free shipping apply to film processing mail-in kits?
No. The free-shipping conditions above apply to product purchases only. Film processing mail-in kits have their own shipping terms — see the processing page for details.
How do sheet film and paper ship?
