This site runs on Cloudflare Workers and D1 at the edge. Not even a VPS rental. Traffic spikes don't inflate infrastructure costs, so the fixed-cost ratio against revenue stays exceptionally low and never bleeds into pricing.
Film and paper procurement goes beyond distributor list prices. Direct overseas purchasing, buying out closing-lab inventory, and industry channels all feed into a multi-route supply chain that keeps per-roll cost as low as possible.
