Neo Analog Lab is an online store operated by NeoAnalogLab K.K. / ネオアナログラボ株式会社. We avoid physical storefront overhead, keep systems lightweight, and combine several sourcing routes so unnecessary middle costs are less likely to reach the shelf price.
There is no physical retail storefront. Inventory, packing, shipping, support, and site operations are handled with a compact operating model, keeping fixed costs low and reducing the need to pass retail overhead into product prices.
This site runs on Cloudflare Workers and D1 at the edge. Not even a VPS rental. Traffic spikes don't inflate infrastructure costs, so the fixed-cost ratio against revenue stays exceptionally low and never bleeds into pricing.
Film and paper procurement goes beyond distributor list prices. Direct overseas purchasing, buying out closing-lab inventory, and industry channels all feed into a multi-route supply chain that keeps per-roll cost as low as possible.
Users are hypersensitive to cost, supply stability, and lab quality. As prices keep climbing, buying behaviour is shifting from 'grab whatever is in stock' toward 'buy only what you need, with zero waste.'
