Prices are shown on each product page, film processing selection page, or checkout page. Displayed prices include consumption tax.
- Charges other than product price

Final shipping charges are shown at checkout. Orders containing only 135 / 120 roll film ship for 250 JPY at 1-2 rolls and ship free from 3 rolls. Sheet film, paper, equipment, accessories, and mixed orders that include non-roll-film items use standard tracked shipping at 900 JPY.
Orders with a product subtotal of 15,000 JPY or more ship free. Film processing options and negative return fees, when selected, are shown on the order page. Internet access and other communication charges are borne by the customer.

Payment methods shown in Stripe Checkout, including credit cards, are available.
- Payment timing

Payment is made when the order is confirmed. Product sales and film processing services are prepaid.
- Delivery and service timing

In-stock products are normally shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Timing may vary due to weather, carrier conditions, inventory checks, or order confirmation.
Film processing services are normally provided within 7-14 business days after we receive the film and confirm the order details. Completion or return shipment notices are sent to the contact information used for the order.
- Returns, cancellations, and exchanges

Customer-requested cancellations are generally not accepted after payment is completed, shipment preparation has started, or film processing work has started.
Returns or exchanges after shipment are considered only for unopened and unused products when contacted within 7 days after arrival. Return shipping for customer-requested returns is paid by the customer. Opened photosensitive materials such as film and photographic paper, used products, and services such as processing or scanning are not eligible for customer-requested returns or exchanges.
- Defective items

If an item is damaged in transit, incorrectly shipped, or has an initial defect caused by us, contact us within 7 days after arrival. After confirmation, we will respond by replacement, return, refund, or another method we consider appropriate. Return shipping in these cases is paid by us.
For film, photographic paper, and processing results, outcomes caused by shooting conditions, storage conditions, processing conditions, equipment condition, or usage are outside defective-item support.
- Subscriptions

We currently do not offer subscription or recurring-billing products or services. If introduced in the future, the contract period, total payment amount, renewal conditions, and cancellation conditions will be shown on the relevant order page.
