Following the ClickPost postage increase, new processing checkouts started after our price switch on 9 October 2026 (Japan time) will include one ¥351 negative-return charge per order when developed negatives are returned.
Previously, a return component was included in each roll's processing package. It is now shown separately from developing and scanning services and charged once, even when several rolls are ordered together. Film format, the return carrier and parcels split by us do not add a further charge.

These examples use a developing price of ¥715 per roll. No additional return fee applies when negatives are not returned. Scan-only prices remain unchanged and include return shipping. A mixed order that returns negatives from developing incurs the ¥351 fee once; scan-only rolls do not add another fee. Returning empty cassettes remains free.
Paid orders and valid payment sessions created before the switch keep their original amount. Postage for sending your film to us remains your responsibility.
This is a separate negative-return update following the earlier film product price announcement. Product-order shipping, free-shipping thresholds, and base developing and scanning prices remain unchanged.
