- ApplySend photos and details of your items.
- Provisional quoteWe email a quote, usually within two business days.
- ShipIf you agree, send the items cash-on-delivery; we pay the postage.
- Identity checkUpload an image of your ID; we send a non-forwardable registered letter to the address on it, and you enter its receipt code.
- Final offerWe inspect the items and send the final offer; accepting it closes the deal.
- PaymentWe transfer the money to a bank account in your name.
Conditions
- What we buy
- Film cameras, interchangeable lenses and camera accessories. No books, CDs, DVDs or game software.
- ID document
- Must show your name, address and date of birth. Passports have no address and cannot be used. For a My Number card, send the front only (we do not accept the number on the back).
- Under 18
- A consent form signed by a parent or guardian (download below) and a phone call from us to them are required.
- Postage
- We pay the postage for sending the items (cash-on-delivery). If you decline the final offer, the return is at your cost (cash-on-delivery).
- Payment
- Bank transfer to an account in your own name only, as the identity check under Rule 15(3)(vii) requires.
- Personal data
- ID images are kept with the transaction record for 3 years as the law requires, then deleted; without a purchase they are deleted within 30 days.

- We cannot buy stolen or lost goods or anything suspected to be, and may report such items to the police under the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act.
- The provisional quote is an estimate from photos; the final offer may change after inspection.
- The final offer can be accepted only once the identity check is complete. Acceptance forms the sale; payment is by bank transfer.
- If we hear nothing within 14 days of the final offer we will contact you. Returning items is at your cost.
- A completed sale cannot be cancelled or returned.
